Are you passionate about amplifying First Nations voices? Do you have a knack for managing a team and a business? Blak & Bright is on the hunt for an Operations Manager to help us shine even brighter.

The Operations Manager is the organisational backbone of Blak & Bright. As the direct support to the Artistic Director/CEO, the role will assist in keeping the organisation running smoothly and strategically. The Operations Manager will oversee functions, finances, funding processes, partnerships, compliance and people management.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and responsibility, is quick to problem-solve and takes initiative. We’re especially looking for strong leadership and operational management experience in the arts, cultural or NFP sectors!
